A service window that fits your crowd
We can serve 100 orders per hour, with typical individual order wait times of 2–5 minutes. At that throughput, 100 meals takes roughly one hour, 200 meals roughly two hours and 300 meals roughly three hours. That is order throughput—not a promise that every guest arriving at once will be served in five minutes.
Catering usually includes up to three hours of service. Tell us whether guests will arrive together or in waves, when food needs to be ready, and whether other food vendors will be present. Need faster service? We can discuss ways to structure your event to feed people more quickly.
