Silver Lake burgers, brought to your event
The Fix on Wheels is affiliated with The Fix Burger in Silver Lake and has been serving since March 10, 2017. We cater throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County, as well as Ventura County and the Inland Empire.
Our seven beef burgers begin with a 4 oz. Angus beef patty on a Homeboy Bakery brioche bun. The menu also includes a Grilled Chicken Sandwich and an Impossible Burger. Grilled chicken or Impossible Foods plant-based protein is available as a patty substitute.
How booking works
1. Submit your event details: date, time, guest count, Orange County or Los Angeles County location, and preferred menu. We respond within 24 hours.
2. Get your quote: we confirm pricing and availability based on your guest count, location and dietary needs.
3. Lock in your date: review the details and pay a deposit to secure your event on our calendar.
4. Event day: our truck arrives 60 minutes before service time, and we serve cooked-to-order food from the truck window. The truck is fully insured and self-powered, so we bring our own electricity and don't need a venue power hookup.
Price your Orange County event
Typical burger catering costs $18 per meal for a burger, fries and a drink, plus an 18% setup fee and applicable sales tax. Minimum charges are $1,500 Monday–Thursday and $2,000 Friday–Sunday; service usually lasts up to three hours.

Choose a menu and a realistic service window
We offer burgers, tacos, hibachi plates, and sandwiches & wraps, but can serve only one catering menu at a time. Tell us your preferred cuisine and any dietary needs.
We can serve 100 orders per hour with typical 2–5-minute individual order waits. For a large group arriving together, allow time for the full queue: 100–300 meals represents roughly one to three hours of order throughput. Contact us if your event needs a faster service arrangement.
