We have opened a new ghost kitchen in our commissary in the USC/DTLA area and will be offering delivery through DoorDash to begin on Thursday, February 9, 2023 for lunch hours only from 11 am to 2 pm.

We will link our DoorDash page once we get everything set, but we plan to offer our full truck menu.

If you live near Silver Lake, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US FOR DELIVERY! Instead, please visit our storefront, The Fix Burger, by going to their site at thefixburger.com to order directly from them. They have many more burger options than we do (they do grass-fed and bison, for example, plus an AMAZING turkey burger). And they don’t tack on the DoorDash charge that we will have to. 

Plus, if you are vegan, they have great options which we don’t!

You can substitute any single burger patty for the Beyond Meat patty for a $2 surcharge.

In other words, pick the burger you want (the most popular choices are the Fix, Pesto, Ono, Seoul and Fix on Fire) and then substitute out the beef patty for the Beyond Meat patty.

The Beyond Meat patties take about 8-10 minutes to cook, so they take a little more time to prepare than a standard 4 oz. angus patty cooked to medium/rare or medium.

We are excited to announce that we have started to use Homeboy Industries 3″ brioche buns on all of our burgers. These buns are amazing and even softer and more flavorful than the Homeboy hamburger buns we have been using up until now.

However, the costs are triple what we pay for the standard burger buns, so effective 7/15, we are raising the prices on our burgers by $1. Sorry to do this, but we feel the expense we are taking on is well-justified for an even better burger.

And in the end, we just want to make the best burger in LA.

Our menu will focus on four entrees and two sides tomorrow:  

The Fix Burger, Silverlake Burger, Rodeo Burger, Grilled Cheese Jose, fries and garlic fries.  We will also have hot dogs on white Homeboy buns for the kids (or adults).
