At long last, we are looking forward to a launch date in about two weeks from today!

The truck has been procured, the graphics and wrap will be applied to the truck, and we are setting up our permits and our accounts with our vendors.

It’s an exciting time, as I have been wanting to launch a truck for some time, and am trying to dot all the Is and cross all the Ts before the launch date.

The idea here is to put the most essential items of The Fix Burger in Silver Lake onto a truck and to bring it to the people who aren’t always able to make it out to Silver Lake for the total restaurant experience.

The ingredients will be the same, and the prep will be the same.  The only difference is that we will be using 1/4 lb. patties and exclusively using the mini bun that The Fix Burger uses for their mini 1/4 lb. burgers instead of a different one for the standard 1/2 lb. burgers.  In order to ensure we have efficient and quick turnaround on the truck, 1/2 lb. burgers will have two 1/4 lb. patties instead of one 1/2 lb. patty.

We will add items to the truck as things progress and evolve, so don’t fret if you don’t see your favorite Fix Burger item here.  We would rather execute the essential items perfectly before offering too many options before we are ready.
